Hybrid events

Our project managers work with our clients to design their hybrid events, typically congresses, tradeshows, conferences, seminars, workshops or other meetings that combine a “live” in-person event with a “virtual” online component. Hybrid events can increase and diversify the audience at a moderate cost. They enable participation by people who might be unable to attend physically due to travel or time zone constraints. Moreover, these events are eco-friendly because they reduce the carbon footprint.
