A circuit which will make you discover the Jungfraujoch and its panorama at an altitude of more than 3400 meters; a gourmet dinner in one of the most beautiful palaces in the region; a stroll between the falls of Geissbach famous for the passage of Sherlock Holmes, to be completed by the visit of the museum which is dedicated to him; lunch on a boat around the lake to take advantage of this beautiful region for the last time before returning home with a smile on your face.

Data Day meeting on the Seine

While waiting for the third edition, it is in the French capital that the two previous Data Day meetings gathered about fifty people to attend a training on gynecology. Vitalis Events was delighted to “hunt” places on the banks of the Seine in order to introduce unexpected and completely exclusive places to our participants.

From the retro-chic Brasserie for the opening dinner, to a floating hotel, a boat house at the foot of the small Statue of Liberty, or a typical Parisian private workshop for the conference and the closing lunch, we offered our customers a sophisticated and totally atypical setting for their first two scientific events. The surprise effect is successful, our participants are very satisfied! Stay tuned to find out what’s in store for the next edition…

Incentive in Lucerne

Last year in September we organized an incentive for a small group of 10 people – a superb 3-day trip to Lucerne. Exclusive restaurants were especially booked for our guests and they stayed in a comfortable boutique hotel downtown. The highlight was the visit of the Mont-Pilatus with a panoramic lunch at the top! Before going up, participants enjoyed a cruise on the Lake of 4 Cantons from Lucerne to Alpnachstad. A lovely trip with beautiful landscapes to end the summer season!

A truly breath-taking place for a relaxing time and productive meetings near the ocean.

Ghent, the Belgian gem

Have you always dreamed of discovering the charming city of Ghent while mixing meeting and leisure activities? Ghent is the destination for you!

Our guests enjoyed their annual incentive that took place last year in June, one of the best times to visit the city. To gather people on the first evening, a cooking class in a wonderful industrial building with a lovely chef was organized. People really appreciated to share this activity together, such a special way to meet!

Then, after the meeting, it was time to relax. Guests enjoyed a guided tour with a local products tasting, including the unmissable “Cuberdons”, a traditional Belgian candy. They discovered Ghent’s treasures by foot and during a private cruise while tasting a glass of Champagne.

A gala dinner in a unique venue in the countryside closed the event.

The whole event was truly a success. Trust the Vitalis team, it has lots of creative ideas to tailor your event and make it unforgettable!

White Seminar in Tyrol – between luxury and tradition

Rewarding the 20 best distributors of a multinational company in the EMEA region was the aim of this incentive organized in the cradle of Alpine skiing in Austria. Participants had the opportunity to ski for two days, accompanied by specially reserved guides to discover the Arlberg ski area. Lunches and dinners planned in typical chalets and gourmet restaurants punctuated these days of relaxation and meetings. To top it off, guests were accommodated in the luxurious 5-star ski-in/ ski-out hotel “Arlberg Hospiz Hotel” located 1,800 meters in the high-altitude hamlet of St Christoph Am Arlberg.

This former inn, built in 1386 with its chapel on the road to the Arlberg pass, was a refuge for travelers in bad weather. In 1955, the Werner family, still the current owner of this hotel, rehabilitated the hospices to the delight of its loyal customers and the Austrian jet set. A warm welcome, in typical Tyrolean attire, convinced our guests that it is possible to reconcile luxury and tradition, while promoting commercial dealings and improving the image of their company.

Minimal Invasive Surgery Congress

The 18th Tripartite meeting in Minimal Invasive Surgery took place on February 27th and 28th at the Starling hotel in Geneva. The medical congress with a sense of fun…

After Villars and Wengen, it was the prestigious Swiss resort of Lenzerheide that hosted the annual conference of the Alpine Colorectal Meeting for the 2020 edition.

Indeed, what a fabulous story of trust between the Association, led by Prof. Dieter Hahnloser (Lausanne) and Prof. Des Winter (Dublin), and our team since 2017. We are proud to participate in the setting up of this medical congress with a family spirit, which brings together about 200 participants every year, as well as some of the best colorectal surgery specialists from around the world!

Searching for new destinations, sponsors, original extra-congress activities, daily management of medical delegates, creation of the association’s website and registration site are some examples of our achievements for this congress. In addition, we set up the logistics and relationships between all the providers of the event (hotels, restaurants, carriers, audiovisual partners, activities, etc.). We strive to meet all of the needs of the client and participants, and to diversify the choice of hotels as much as possible so that everyone can find what they are looking for during their stay.

On the program, fun, skiing, but not only! It is above all an
international professional congress with an extensive scientific program, set up with the greatest care for the occasion. Networking, debating, and exchanging information between older and younger surgeons is also one of the primary missions of this congress.

Our greatest reward? Feel that despite the distance that separates these experts the rest of the year, the participants still have as much fun finding themselves in a cozy place that our agency has chosen with care for them. And contemplate this family come together and discuss the best techniques and the future of their profession.

This is work that represents almost a year of preparation, commitment and regular monitoring by our project managers. Thus, we ensure the best possible functioning of the congress and the satisfaction of all, both our client and its participants. It is these essential qualities that contribute to success, which is reflected in the recurring number of self-paying speakers and participants, due to compliance rules, and regulars from one year to the next.

The key to a well-oiled organization: we perform thorough visits of each of the places offered to the client!

Next edition: in France for the first time since the congress was created, in the legendary Courchevel resort, from January 31 to February 2, 2021, for a meeting that promises to be just as educative and fun!
