Bringing together the international chambers of commerce in Switzerland: on November 26th, Chambers’ Day took place at the Grand Hotel Kempinski in Geneva. It was a great success and we are proud to have contributed our share.
Chambers of Commerce play a key role as a voice for economic actors. In Switzerland, there are many binational and regional Chambers of commerce that share a valuable expertise of their respective markets. Chambers’ Day united them. Vitalis Events worked hand in hand with the CCIG to make it a significant milestone in Swiss business life.
Vitalis Events handled the complex logistical challenges of this major business event, in which about 400 people participated. We created the graphic design of the event, managed the exhibition and exhibitors, online registration of participants, and provided a networking tool for personalized appointments. We also took care of audio-visual production, including simultaneous translation, and the creative management of a cocktail bar, among other things.
