On December 12th, the party was on for 350 people at a lakeside luxury hotel in Geneva! Vitalis Events orchestrated a highly-planned end-of-year party for one of its clients.
CEVA, end of construction
Today a big party is taking place in Geneva to celebrate the achievement of the CEVA train line construction project. The event is dedicated to thanking all partners that have participated in this massive civil engineering accomplishment, and who have worked so hard for the past 7 years.

In October, we again successfully handled the participation of one of our clients in the ASRM fertility congress, held in Philadelphia (USA) this year.
Leadership training in Sintra
One week ago, we organized a 3-day leadership training for 80 worldwide quality experts. Destination: Sintra. Just outside Lisbon, it feels like crossing over into another world. Green mountains, palaces, country estates, parks and a medieval castle. It used to be a playground for Portuguese royalty and wealthy eccentrics.

We are in beautiful Evian for a few days, taking care of a group of 200 guests participating in a scientific congress.
Enjoying spring in Bilbao
We are in Bilbao for a few days, looking after a group of clients participating in a scientific congress. We are taking care of them from their arrival until their departure, including transfers, hotel accommodation, registrations, dinners and cultural activities.

Geneva International Motor Show 2019
We are at the press days of the Geneva International Motor Show 2019 with several groups. On the one side, local VIPs for whom we have negotiated exclusive access to the booths of some of the world’s most prestigious supercar manufacturers. On the other side, South American guests who have crossed the ocean to discover the latest model presentations and for whom we take care of all the logistics.
54th ESSR Congress & 27th ASRCC Symposium
The 54th Congress of the European Society for Surgical Research (ESSR) will be held in Geneva March 13-15, 2019. The 27th symposium of the ASRCC, on the other hand, will take place on March 15th and will be held in the world-renowned ‘Geneva international conference centre’ (www.cicg.ch).
