Right now we’re coordinating a 4-day corporate event for 400 persons in Madrid. Participants come from Europe, the US, Australia and the UAE.
The main venue is a large modern amphitheater for the main conference, along with many commission rooms. We have contracted 320 hotel rooms and we handle all flights, dinners, parties, you name it! We are covering it all for our client.
Among other activities, we have organized an exciting pedestrian rally through the city center, and the initial “ice-breaking” party takes place in the fabulous “Palacio Neptuno”, perfect for such a large group of people.
