Your position
With exciting new developments here at Vitalis, we are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic:

INTERN (100 %)

• Venue search in different cities in Switzerland and abroad
• Contacts and negotiations with partners and suppliers (hotels, transfer companies, caterers, AV, etc..)
• Prepare offer presentations on powerpoint
• Prepare budgets on excel and invoicing
• Participate in creative brainstormings
• Travel itineraries search (flights & trains) according to client’s requests and budgets
• Invitation letters preparation
• Delegate management and content creation on events registration websites
• Follow-up by emails and phone calls to invited guests
• Support the Project Managers with various administrative tasks

• Host at the events’ hospitality desk
• Events follow-up onsite (F&B, signage etc..) under supervision of a project manager
• Accompanying groups (restaurants, meetings & activities..)
• Support project managers onsite

  • Fluent in French and English required, German is a big asset
  • Minimum 5 months
  • Ecole supérieure type EHL, EHG, HES
